Do you love the faraway ones more dearly than you love God?
--Yes, because that is what God does not care to know.
Do you despise and contemn your selling yourself?
--Yes, because whatever in me is sold won’t be bought again.
Do you enshrine your own creation?
--No, because I want to grow old with it.
Are your spiritual lust and carnal love united in equilibrium?
--Oh, yes. I fold emptiness into an umbrella and pile up nothingness into a bed,
And my spiritual lust hides in the shade while my carnal love lies on the sheet.
